    Please note that prior permission is required for the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

    Is it proposed to sell alcohol on the premises?
    Is it proposed to provide alcohol on a give-away basis?
    Is it proposed to allow alcohol to be consumed on a bring-your-own basis?



    *Breakage deposit of £50 to be paid when booking, which is refundable after the booking, assuming there are no breakages and the hall is left in a clean and tidy state.
    *Acceptance of the booking will not take place until the Hiring Agreement and full payment have been received by the Booking Secretary
    *Any letters of complaint may be left in the hall register, where they will be collected by the caretaker and passed on to the Chair. For urgent matters, please contact the Chair directly
